We built this site because we think prospective customers deserve to see what our actual customers say — including when it is not flattering. That only works if the reviews are real and nothing is hidden. Here is exactly how it works.
Anyone who has had work done by one of our companies. You do not need an account.
You must have actually been a customer. We do not accept reviews from people who have not used the service. We never write reviews ourselves, we never pay anyone to write one, and we never use AI to write or rewrite a review.
Our owner, employees, contractors and their immediate family members may leave reviews only if they were genuinely customers — and they must tell us their connection. Every such review is labelled directly on the review itself, for example: "This reviewer is an employee of this company." The label appears inline with the review, not behind a link.
If you are connected to one of our companies, please say so in your review. If we find an unlabelled insider review, we will label it or remove it.
After a completed job we send the same request to every customer, whatever we think they are going to say. We never screen customers first, and we never send the review link only to the people who seemed happy. That practice is called review gating and we do not do it.
We do not offer payment, discounts, gifts or prize entries in exchange for reviews. Nobody is compensated for reviewing us.
If that ever changes, the same offer will go to every customer regardless of what they write or how many stars they give, and any review written after an incentive will be labelled to say so.
We do not currently display a "verified customer" badge on this site, so please do not read any review here as having been checked against our job records.
If we add verification later, that label will mean one specific thing: we matched the review to a real job in our records — a real invoice, a real address, a real date. Reviews we could not match would still be published, marked as unverified. We will never apply a verification label we did not earn.
The star average shown for each company is calculated from every review displayed on that company's page — positive and negative alike. We do not exclude low ratings from the average and we do not weight them.
We publish them. We do not remove a review because it is negative.
If we think a review is unfair or inaccurate, we reply to it publicly and say so. We would rather answer criticism in the open than hide it. If we got something wrong, we will say that too — and try to fix it.
If you had a bad experience, you are welcome to post about it here. You are equally welcome to post about it anywhere else. We will never ask you to take a review down in exchange for a refund, a repair or anything else, and nothing in our contracts restricts your right to review us. If you ever see such a clause in our paperwork, tell us — it should not be there and we will remove it.
We remove reviews only for the reasons below, and we apply these reasons equally to every review regardless of whether it is positive or negative. A glowing five-star review that breaks these rules comes down just as fast as a one-star one.

We keep an internal record of every review we remove, including the original text, the date, which specific reason above applied, and who made the decision. We check those records regularly to confirm we are not removing negative reviews at a higher rate than positive ones.
We do not edit the substance of reviews. We do not rewrite them, shorten them or soften them.
If your review was removed and you think we got it wrong, or you have any question about this policy, contact us at the contact address on any of our company pages. We will give you a straight answer and the specific reason.
